Located in Uruma City, on the remote Miyagi Island, which can be reached by car, [Uruma no Shima Soba Umi wo Nomu] A soba restaurant that mainly uses ingredients harvested from the sea. The popular standard menu item is the "Umi wo Nomu Soba" topped with Okinawa's three major seaweeds, mozuku seaweed, arasa seaweed, and sea grapes. Also, it seems that they offer limited-time menu items depending on the availability of ingredients at the time. When we visited, they had a limited-time menu item, "Umi to soybean wo Nomu Soba," so we ordered that. Umi wo Nomu Soba is combined with soy milk tantanyushi tofu. It looked rich, but the aroma of the sea wafted from the bowl, and the seafood broth was light and the soup went down great. The restaurant was compact, but the gentle aroma of the sea breeze was wrapped around us and we spent a relaxing time. They are open only on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
