We had the most incredible trip to Senbo with our 4 year old and (almost) 1 year old. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. We were given our own WeChat butler (Yiyan) who was always available and very helpful. You can order shuttles from your door to any area on the resort. We spent 4 nights in a Double Suite, which was always restocked. We received complimentary fruits and drinks each day. The resort itself has so much for the kids to enjoy (a different activity each day). The indoor waterpark was perfect for winter (33 degrees inside).
