I visited the Agia Triada Monastery. It is the last monastery on the Meteora trekking route. Opening hours are from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Closed on Thursdays. Entrance fee is 3 euros. To enter the monastery, you need to climb stairs along the rock wall, and the view of the town of Kalambaka from the rooftop of the monastery is amazing. Visiting each monastery was such a unique experience, and for just €3 per monastery, it was totally worth it. I loved exploring the Great Meteoron Monastery – the largest one – with its beautiful frescoes and historic artifacts. The views from up there were unreal! 😍 Afterward, I visited the Holy Trinity Monastery, which is a bit harder to reach but offers some of the best views in Meteora. The climb was quite a workout, but the peace and tranquility made it all worthwhile. 🌿 If you're not much of a hiker, you can still enjoy the scenery by taking a scenic drive around the area. I also took a short detour to the town of Kalambaka for lunch – it's a charming place with some great local food. 🥗 Don't forget to visit Theopetra Cave nearby to see one of the oldest archaeological sites in Greece. Overall, a day at Meteora is an experience you can't miss if you're visiting Greece.
