Moomin Valley Park in Saitama! It is attached to a facility called Metsa Village, and even though it is close to the city center, it was like a different world!!! It is a very spacious space where you can take a walk, have your children play, or go on a date. It seems like it is okay to bring your dog, and there were lots of cute dogs there!!! #Japan Attractions Take the Seibu Ikebukuro Line from Ikebukuro Station and get off at Motokaji Station. Then walk for about 20 minutes to the hidden Akebone-no-ko-do-mono-mori Park. You can see mushrooms and pine forests along the way. The most attractive one is Moomin's house, which is 3 stories high. The decoration inside is in Nordic style with furniture of the same color, which reminds me of the animations of my childhood. The house also has a basement where you can sit on a pure wooden chair to rest. The third floor seems to be a children's play space. Imagine Moomin and his friends crawling into holes of different sizes, which is a unique experience. The surrounding environment reproduces the grass and trees in the fairy tale, the slow stream, and the seaside cottage with a blue spire on it. It is really the best check-in spot. The only flaw is that it feels like all the characters in the story are missing 😂, maybe they can only appear during the theater performance 😂 Moominvalley is free to visit. It is a little far away and not as crowded as the general theme park. But it is suitable for friends who like to enjoy the quiet and secluded life of Moomin.

Getting There - by メッツアバスfrom Hanno station Attractions - very attractive place for date and for kids as well. we went via car..parking costs 1500 max on weekends but free on weekdays. entry free was 3200 for single adult, which was fkn expensive. (is not reasonable at all) Food & Restaurants - foods and ice creams were really good. Shopping - shopping goods from Moomin cartoon character…really awesome. When you arrive, first go to Metsa Village, which is a free area. There's a restaurant where you can eat Finnish gourmet food! Even just in the free area, there are lots of fun photo spots☺️💓 Moomin Valley Park is a paid area. There are character greetings, stage events, and movies! The screening time is short, so you can watch it quickly♪ There is a kids' space, a nursing room, and a diaper changing space, so it's safe even if you have children! *Please note here! ⚠️ There are buses from the nearest Hanno Station and Musashi-Takahagi Station to Moomin Valley Park, but there are not many!
