Mosque of Muhammad Ali is one of the most important landmarks and tourist attractions of Cairo. This place is not located in down town, however It can be reached easily by taxi or public transport. The whole visit, including taking pictures, should last between 1 to 2 hours. The place is really well preserved and is a pleasure to see.
