Mosu, Hong Kong The highly anticipated dinner at Mosu. And it was so worth the wait. Mosu located in Seoul is Michelin-starred. Tho I haven’t tried the one in Seoul yet, the dinner was amazing. The tasting menu surprised us throughout the night. My favourite was the abalone wrapped by deep fried bean curd sheet. That was so memorable and I have never expected that abalone could be cooked in this way. If you have the budget, I do recommend you trying the wine pairing. The wines paired were wisely chosen. It was definitely an upgrade of the experience with wines. Suggest you to reserve the table three month in advance. Mosu, you are memorable.
