Pizzas Mother (Causeway Bay) G/F, 13-19 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay This Mother of pizzas is probably the pizza place I have encoreed the most. There is a large glass window at the door, where you can see the master making pizza to order. It's fun to watch the big pizza freshly baked. Its garlic bun is super good, big like Pizza, made with their homemade 48 hour fermented dough, terribly full of cheese and pesto, it itself is served with a very Fresh tomato sauce, lightly with a little sourness, is quite refreshing, but personally it should be even better. We two girls eat, knowing that one pizza and one garlic bread must not be finished, but will order both because there is really no way to trade off! And I would like to say that this garlic bread is still very fragrant and delicious when packed home and reheated in the oven or air fryer. The pizza here can be chosen as a double flavor, rocket Parma ham with spicy sausage. For a less heavy taste, you can order Margherita, a simple tomato sauce with cheese is already good. The decoration of the shop is quite stylish, there are not many choices of spaghetti and salad🥗... because let's take a look at the menu first, this place mainly focuses on pizza. There are pizza everywhere, but not many tasty ones, I could definitely eat the whole thing at this one. The pizza has vegetarian and meat to choose from, the dough is fermented for 2 days, each pie base is fully handmade, it is worth waiting a little longer after ordering.
