After a short wait, we were seated at a table for four and ordered both dry and soup soba, along with fried shrimp, fried squid, and inari sushi. The table was filled with an abundance of food. Mixing grated radish into the sauce and dipping the noodles in it brought back the familiar taste from memory. The high ratings of Isshin-an are well-deserved! I ordered Chikuwa Udon, which was quite visually conflicting. The deep-fried chikuwa was soft and tender, and paired with the chewy udon noodles, it seemed to be dancing in my mouth, so bouncy and chewy! The thick omelette sprinkled with dried bonito is also very tempting. Meisui Udon Noosa is on the way from Niseko to Meisui Park.
