Taking my parents on the fourth stop of our trip, we arrived at the Huangguoshu Waterfall in Anshun, and there happened to be a homestay brand that I really like, so I chose this homestay without hesitation. Upon first seeing Jianglu Yueshan, the white exterior of the homestay showcased its unique modern charm. Located on the edge of a river valley cliff, it overlooks the distant Balin River Bridge. The infinity pool jutting out from the cliff perfectly blends into nature. When you are there, it feels as if you are in a real painting. As night falls, sitting by the pool, the distant mountains seem even more mysterious. The spring breeze gently caresses my face, and at that moment, my whole heart is healed, it is peaceful. 🛖Homestay Name: Jianglu·Yueshan 🛕Homestay Features: 1. The butler's service makes you feel cared for. The free evening tea by the hearth is something you can enjoy. 2. We stayed in a room on the third floor with huge floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing me to comfortably start reading mountains right when I wake up. 4. On the rooftop terrace, you can not only enjoy tea in the tea room but also relax, daydream, meditate, or practice yoga on the spacious platform, which is really relaxing. This is what is called a sense of relaxation. 5. | Set off to experience nature, watch mountains, rivers, sunsets and distant waterfalls. The hotel is about 20 minutes' drive from the Dripping Waterfall. The waterfall is already spectacular from a distance, and you can't help but marvel at the wonders of nature when you experience the waterfall up close. In the Zhiyu Meditation Room, you can lightly knock on the Sanskrit sound, listen to the wind, watch the clouds, and talk to yourself; you can also read quietly by yourself or invite three or five friends to taste tea. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and escape to the mountainous region of Guizhou. This boutique hotel is nestled in a partially developed serene forest area of Zhenning (just outside of Anshun). If you’re looking for rest and relaxation without any disturbances then this is your place to go. The room that we were in had a bathtub overlooking the mountains and Balinghe Bridge. Both of which looked breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. * Getting There - At the Anshun railway station we managed to get a private cab that took us to this hotel. We had to negotiate a fair price with him and asked him to collect us as well upon checkout. * Attractions - The hotel overlooks the striking Balinghe Brige which can you bungee jump off depending on the weather. The Balinghe Bridge holds the Guinness World Record for the being the highest (370.25m) commercial bungee jump facility in the world. * Food & Restaurants - The only food available was that of the hotel. It has a breathtaking view of the Balinghe Bridge as well as of the mountains across from it. * Address – Manzhai Village, Zhenning * Getting There - We took a shuttle to our destination and back again. This place is remote so I suggest that you should make proper travel arrangements for pickup with the same person that dropped you off. From the railway station, it is about a 45-minute drive here and you can easily find a shuttle/metered cab/Didi from the train station. * Ambiance/Facilities – There is nothing do here except relax and take in the tranquility that this hotel has to offer. There is a view deck on the top of the hotel as well as a tea house. The restaurant serves delicious Guizhou style food. * Highlights – The venue itself is a highlight. This time I chose to stay in the Guizhou B&B of Jianglu brand (Cunxiao, Yueshan). The location of Jianglu always has surprises such as open-air concerts, bonfire parties, handicrafts, afternoon tea, book bar, and open-air swimming pool.

In 2018, Huangguoshu Waterfall in Guizhou suddenly became known to tourists because of a cliff hotel, a sunset, and a romantic purple sky. It was hailed as the selling point of Guizhou's beautiful sunsets, with millions of people collecting check-ins. 📍Jianglu Yueshan Hotel has been on my check-in list for a long time 📝, but as always, people tend to procrastinate, thinking "we still have tomorrow" and never taking action. After the May holiday, I decided to travel during off-peak season and wake up in the cliff hotel, waiting for a sunset. 🌄The B&B features a pure white design from the inside out. The display window of the first-floor room looks like a European street. Each room is a viewing room, and there are several special check-in spots in the public area, such as an infinity pool, a rooftop terrace and tea room, endless mountains, and a sunset feast on the cliff. The B&B has chosen the best location on this mountain, where you can enjoy the scenery from all angles. It is very suitable for photography enthusiasts. 🌁Watching the cars coming and going on the Banling River Bridge, the pink light reflects on the building. There is a moment when the scenery in front of me is so unreal and beautiful. ✨When you arrive at Jianglu, you must try a glass of the owner's special cold drink. As the first store of the Jianglu brand, it has continued the brand culture to this day. The hotel has its own restaurant, bar, and outdoor barbecue, which need to be reserved in advance.
