One of our favorite spots in Miyazaki, Southern Kyushu - Takachiho Ranch💓💓💓 Here you can get close to cows, sheep and horses. For those of us living in the city, it is a great experience of nature! The animals are very cute and well-behaved 😛 The scenery of Takachiho Ranch itself is also beautiful and fascinating. The vast grassland makes people forget their worries and feel refreshed. There is also free milking experience on Saturdays and Sundays, but it’s a pity that I missed it this time. Of course you have to drink a bottle of ranch milk when you come here. Although it is available in supermarkets, the milk you drink at the ranch is the freshest and tastes the best😌A must try☺️ The transportation to the ranch is very convenient. Miyakonojo City, located on the border of Kagoshima and Miyazaki Prefectures, is famous as the city with the highest amount of hometown tax donations in Japan. However, it is also known for its numerous cherry blossom trees. While the cherry blossoms at Mother Chichio are well-known, there is a parking fee of 500 yen, so Kannonike Park is highly recommended instead. The park features a long avenue lined with cherry trees, and the spacious park is planted with cherry blossoms everywhere. It was a weekday, but many people were enjoying hanami, laying out leisure sheets and eating lunch under the fully bloomed cherry blossoms. The weather was perfect for cherry blossom viewing, with clear skies and peak bloom. The mountains visible from Kannonike Park were also covered with cherry blossoms on their slopes, turning the entire mountain a light pink, which was truly beautiful.

#tourist spot A trip to southern Kyushu in mid-March. We left Kirishima Kanko Hotel and headed to Miyazaki. On the way, we stopped off at Sekinoo Falls in Miyakonojo. Due to lack of research, we happened to see a sign and decided to stop by, but when we got closer, it was very impressive. There was a beautiful rainbow. It was undergoing renovation work until May 2023, so we couldn't get very close, but there was also a suspension bridge. I wonder if the work will be finished soon.
