After living in Seoul for 3 years, I thought I wouldn't be able to see a city view in Gwangju, but I was completely wrong. A trip to see the toy-like monorail of Mudeungsan Tickets for the lift and monorail can be purchased at the store on the first floor of the building where you go up to the lift. You can purchase tickets for just the lift, but you can purchase them more cheaply if you buy the lift + monorail!!! Take the lift and slowly enjoy the scenery while going up, and walk along the winding mountain path as if you were taking a walk, and you will come across the monorail boarding station! Get on in order and it will depart with a thud~! Before departure, I was nervous because the facilities seemed a little old😂, but the facilities were soon forgotten as the scenery unfolded.. Mudeungsan National Park. Located in Gwangju City in Jeollanamdo. From Seoul accessible by bus. Came to hike a mountain I have not been to in Korea and ended up here. I entered through a less popular entrance. The paths I took there were not a lot of people. Reminds me of hiking in the US. There are stone columns to see at the top of one of the mountains. This is one of the main attractions. I easily spent about 4 hours here. I did not make it to the stone columns. When I descended down I ended up at a different exit. There were a lot of coffee shops and hiking stores.
