The Mukojima Hyakkaen Garden
#cherryblossom2024
While on vacation, I embarked on an exciting adventure to the lively city of Japan. The onset of spring transformed the surroundings into a paradise, and walking through Mukojima Hyakkaen brought a sense of rejuvenation. Encircled by breathtaking scenery in this tranquil sanctuary, we were captivated by the breathtaking sights that never failed to impress us, crafting indelible memories.
Built during the opulent era of the early 1800s, as the Edo town culture blossomed, this extravagant botanical paradise showcases a plethora of plum trees, blooming flowers, and majestic shrubs, guaranteeing a vibrant spectacle all year round. The plum trees are most magnificent in February and March, while the hydrangeas burst into bloom in the latter part of June and July. In the summer, a multitude of wild birds and insects find sanctuary here, transforming the garden into a tropical oasis. A charming boutique on the grounds offers delightful treats such as amazake (a sweet rice beverage) and ramune soda.
The memories of this opulent and captivating refuge still linger vividly within me. The pure happiness derived from revisiting and cherishing every instance spent in this extraordinary sanctuary is truly incomparable.#trip
