Stanley is located in the southern part of Hong Kong Island, surrounded by hills and coastlines. It's a leisurely seaside town that combines tourism and residence. With Victorian-style colorful buildings and a seaside promenade, it's different from the bustling city's skyscrapers and the hurried people. There are mostly foreigners on the streets, mainly walking dogs, sunbathing, and drinking coffee. The atmosphere is so leisurely it's unbelievable, really chill and relaxing. Saying you're on vacation in Europe wouldn't feel out of place at all👏🏻 · 🚌| Transportation: I crossed the border at Futian Port, took the East Rail Line to 🚇Admiralty Station C1 exit, turned right after exiting and walked straight to see the bus station. Buses 6, 6X, 260 can all take you directly there, getting off at Stanley Plaza, about a 40-minute ride. 💬It's recommended to sit on the right side by the window on the second floor of the bus. The Ocean Rock restaurant located at the second floor of Murray House, Stanley Hong Kong is a Spanish restaurant you can consider for your Valentine’s dining. We had semi-buffet package, of which we could choose seafood, tapas, lambs or beef, and they came with free salad, breads, coffe or tea. The salad bar is quite complete. The restaurant is spacious, not far from the sea. Merrill House in Stanley has a history of over 170 years😍 The original site was located at the junction of Garden Road and Golden Mile Road in Central, Hong Kong Island, and was later moved to Stanley Waterfront. When it was demolished in 1982, more than 3,000 pieces of granite at Merrill House were numbered and relocated in Stanley. #newyearnewtrip Murray House is a historically significant and beautifully restored colonial building located in Stanley. It is situated near the waterfront in Stanley. The building is part of the larger Stanley Waterfront, a scenic area with a promenade and nearby attractions such as Blake Pier and Stanley Market. There are restaurants, cafe and shops at the lower level of the Murray House and the upper floors are usually use for exhibitions and events.

#timetotravel This is Stanley Murray House and it is one of our stops when we went there for a destination pre wedding shoot. When we arrived there it was still daylight so we waited for the night time since our photographer knows that this place is beautiful at night. So we just roamed around first and it has got cafes and shops around, it seems like it's a little shopping mall.
