The exhibition I saw, "Just not Australian", was really interesting.There also Movies play here everyday which showcases a lot more than the museum itself. Recommended when you are out of options but want to go somewhere in the city.

I visited the Sydney Museum during my recent trip to Australia~!! 🏛 When I first entered the museum, I was deeply impressed by the magnificent architecture and old-fashioned atmosphere. The museum was filled with various exhibits containing Sydney's history and culture.🫠 The first exhibition hall I visited was a space introducing the history and culture of the indigenous people. There, I could see traditional tools and elaborate artworks used by the indigenous people. In particular, the artworks with vivid colors and unique patterns were very impressive.😃 The next place I visited was an exhibition hall related to the colonial era. Here, I could get a glimpse of the life of Europeans at the time through tools, clothing, and architectural models used when they first settled in Sydney. #Sydney travel destination I highly recommend visiting when you travel to Sydney. I went in without a reservation on a weekday. It was a very informative museum where you can learn about the lives and lands of the indigenous people who have lived in Australia for tens of thousands of years, and the deep history of conflicts with immigrants. You won’t be able to miss this landmark when in Sunday, and the curators did an amazing job with such collection. I appreciated three pieces by a contemporary aboriginal artist located on the first floor, their vision of the first Fleet coming to Sydney. There are some interactive rooms as well.

Worth the 9 hour flight. Beautiful as in the pictures. Good weather, friendly people, lots of Thai food. Definitely don't miss Thai food, but the price is according to the exchange rate on the day you come and the cost of living. Traveling in the city is convenient. There are electric trains and trams on every line all over the city. You don't need to rent a car if you're in the city or outside the city. There are buses and electric trains all over this city. Come and visit Australia.
