Several years ago, when I first came to Korea, I went to the Seoul Tower to see the night view. This time, I wanted to see the night view again, and after much thought, there was no better place than the N Seoul Tower. 🔺Route: Coming out of the Myeongdong subway station, follow the mural street uphill. After passing the Namsan pork cutlet street, you will see the Namsan Tower cable car station. Here, you can buy a round-trip ticket and then wait to board. The cable car can take you directly to a place close to the base of the tower. ⚠️If you simply want to see the night view, then this is enough, and there is no need to buy a ticket to go up the tower, because from here you can see the night view of Myeongdong and many parts of Seoul. ⚠️If it is your first time in Korea and you want to go up the tower, you can directly buy a ticket at the window under the Seoul Tower. #koreatrip Personally recommend to visit this N-Seoul Tower by walking instead of cable car (for youngster-mid age only). Reason being you will be able to enjoy more sight seeing by foot, enjoy the peaceful mountain view, a lot of autumn flower and trees, and lastly the chilly weather! There are restaurants and cafes up to the tower ground floor, do stay there for at least 1 hour to fully enjoy the view and blend into the nature! Psst! Remember to wear sport shoe if you are going up by foot.

We took bus from Jangchungdan park’ bus station to namsan tower. They stopped us at the foot of the mountain, so we had to do a little hiking to the namsan tower. My second time here at N Seoul Tower but this time round with my love one. I fell in love even more with this magnificent night view of Seoul taken from the observatory of N Seoul Tower. Tips: If u have booked the tickets online, please redeem it from the kiosk once you reach Namsan Tower after taking the cable car. Usually it will take minimum 1 hour (peak hour during evening) to be your turn to take the elevator up to the observatory. I have book namsan tower ticket from trip.com; price is cheaper than buy at the counter. We would suggest you visit this place in the sunset time, around 4.30-5pm because the view is the best. You can easily take the bus to Namsan tower and just walk little bit to redeem the ticket. They also have the love lock bridge here where you can take photo with it. Day 1: Hanoi - Seoul - N tower. In the afternoon and evening I visited N tower. I went up the tower by cable car, but when I got down I had a pleasant walking experience. Day 2: Gyeongbokgung - hanok village - haneul park Day 3: Nami island - Coex mall - han river - dongdaemun night market. In the morning, I woke up very early to go to Nami at 8:30 a.m., when there were not many tourists, it would be easy to feel the peaceful nature. Namsan Tower is located north of the Han River in the city of Seoul. You can reach the peak by cable car, but we opted to get off the subway at Myeongdong and walk uphill from there. Our reason for climbing up to Namsan tower was to put "love locks" on the fence located at the base of the tower. Being there in autumn, we are obviously in for a treat. The trees at Namsan were at their most vibrant with shades of gold, ochre, vermillion and tangerine. It was such a beautiful sight. It remind us of the beautiful scenery in Nami Island. 🚏 Iconic tower in Seoul 🚏 Last day travelling in Seoul, we decided to go to Namsan Tower as the last stop of our journey!! Other than taking the cable car or shuttle bus, hiking up to the mountain will be 1 of the best option!
