[Tokyo] "Tsujihan" - A beautiful and exquisite seafood bowl that looks like a jewel box, with long lines forming even before the store opens
We highly recommend this gourmet food for sightseeing and trips to Tokyo!
Tsujihan has five stores in Tokyo, including the Nihonbashi main store.
This time we went to Tsujihan Nihonbashi main store.
They open at 11:00, but there is already a line by 10:00, and the store is overflowing with customers waiting in front of the store even before it opens!
The menu has four seafood bowls: Ume, Take, Matsu, and Tokujo.
[Ume] 1,250 yen
Tuna, nakaochi, squid, herring roe, cucumber, whelk, giant clam, shrimp, salmon roe
[Take] 1,650 yen
Ume with extra crab and salmon roe
[Matsu] 2,200 yen
Ume with extra crab, sea urchin, and salmon roe
[Tokujo] 3,600 yen
Ume with extra crab, sea urchin, and salmon roe
These are the four types.
While we were waiting in line outside, we were asked what we wanted to order, and since we couldn't eat sea urchin, we ordered Ume.
The store has only counter seats, with about 10 seats.
It's close to the image of a high-end sushi restaurant.
The restaurant is silent, so you can eat in a relaxed atmosphere.
The way to eat is written in front of your seat, so you start by eating the seafood bowl as usual, then when you like, add the sashimi for the chazuke and pour the sea bream broth over it to eat it as dashi chazuke.
The fish is very fresh, and the rice is very finely textured and goes very well with the sashimi.
The dashi chazuke also has a different flavor and is easy to eat, with a mouthfeel that makes you even more hungry.
This is a must-try dish when you visit Tokyo!
