I havent looked so close to Gongga Snow Mountain for a long time. Niubei Mountain is located at the junction of Lujing County and Luding County in Ya'an City, Sichuan Province. It belongs to Erlang Mountain Branch, formerly known as Big Mine and Bison Mountain. It is the watershed of the Qingyi River and the Dadu River. The summit is 3,660 meters above sea level. The unique location of the middle of the mountain surrounded by the four sides makes it and Dawa more than the 360-degree "China's largest viewing platform" and the perfect location for photography. It is on the side of Niubei Mountain, and it is overlooking the Dadu River Valley. At the end of 2009, the famous photographer of National Geographic magazine inadvertently found an unnamed hillside in Luding County where many snow-capped mountains could be seen.
