Today I discovered a hotel perfect for extended stays: No. 36 Hotel. Located at No. 36 Xikang Road, Heping District, Tianjin, the hotel is close to various primary and secondary schools in the district, as well as the Medical University and subway Line 3, all within walking distance. The hotel offers a variety of room types, from single rooms to various suites and two-bedroom family suites. All rooms are equipped with appliances such as a vertical refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, and range hood, making them ideal for long-term stays. The Terrace Night View Twin Suite is especially recommended. In addition to a double bed in the bedroom, there is also a single bed and a terrace facing the Tianjin Radio and Television Tower, offering stunning views of the city at night. The hotel also has excellent facilities. The third floor is a common area with a laundry room, gym, and other amenities. There is also a parking lot in the basement. It is perfect for travelers looking for extended stays, especially parents accompanying their children studying in the area.

#citylife Right in the heart of Tianjin, you will find the "Just Living by Savills Residence". These are service apartments, thus you have the benefit of an Apartment feel to it, with some benefits of a Hotel. The location is prime, as you are moments away from key landmarks and attractions. Our Apartment was very well kept, neat, clean and tidy. The units are well equipped, with all the basic appliances, such as Fridge / Freezer, Washing machine and Microwave. The apartment has a kitchenette, dining area, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. There is also a huge terrace with city views. The bathroom has a compact, yet very comfortable bathtub. The water temperature and pressure is perfect. Guests have access to the Gymnasium, Breakfast Lounge and Book Lounge. We will visit again in future.
