Food at @winestone.sg 10. @laperitif for mocktails and cake; @food.exchange for breakfast buffet ... Review: Staff - all were very nice & helpful. Location - it's near Orchard Road! Accessibility - near Stevens MRT, have their own dedicated bus stop, they also provide shuttle service. Walked from the MRT and it was a 10-minute-my-pace distance. Facilities - lap pool & infinity pool, gym, tennis court, laundromat & kids club. Mercure & Novotel share these facilities but they're never crowded. Room - typical amenities, not smart tv but you can cast your device, bed was nice, no bathrobes though, weird placement of handheld bidet for right-handed hahaha Dining - lots of choices since Mercure & Novotel share these options: • L'aperitif - tried their mocktails (rose & mango), they were good. My sister & I loved the salted caramel cake. • Winestone - we liked the food, serving is huge, I couldn't finish mine. We requested for our leftover fries to be packed. There was a slight mishap, my sister received the wrong food but was immediately replaced. Banana turon for dessert was very good! •Food Exchange - I topped up the free overnight stay with breakfast to be able to try this restaurant. The spread was okay, not super extensive. They have local & veggie options. The western options were typical breakfast food. Not crowded at 7:30am. • There were other restaurants that we weren't able to try at the vicinity of the hotel: Grub, Enjoy Eating House & Bar, The Gyu Bar, etc. Overall, I liked the stay. Every Sunday, there is a Sunday Carnival that's held at Novotel Singapore on Steven's hotel. It is not only open to hotel guests but also to members of the public. There are food and drinks and cocktails sold at an affordable price, right outside at the lawn area. Burgers and hotdogs are at $10 and just by purchasing any food items, you can have a whole day of fun at this carnival for free. There is bouncy castle, picnic set up for you to enjoy an outdoor picnic style dining, bouncy balls, sports games, etc. The whole venue is perfect for a family day and fun for the young and old! There are other food establishements at the hotel too that you can dine at. Now you know where to go on a Sunday! #tripblazers

Novotel Singapore on Steven and Mercure are linked and they have lap pool and infinity pools that are shared! Be careful when you take the lift on level two. Different lift leads to different hotels! Step out of the hotel, you will find a pretty “garden” where outdoor wedding could be held! The hotel even have a shuttle bus to bring you to orchard road! #mustdo It was late at night about 9pm and my colleagues and I was in the area for work so we decided to have dinner at Grub! The area here are all hotels so we were lucky to have some decent places where we could still have dinner. We like how quiet the place was and the food is decently price for its location and very filling. They are known to be a friendly neighbour bistro, and used to be at Bishan park. I tried the prawn paste chicken with waffle, while the rest tried the carbonara pasta and burger. Definitely must do if you are in the area! The staff is also very friendly and homely too even though we have never met or we were entering close to their last order.

With Accor Plus benefits, we decided having our annual catch up at Winestone Restaurant. Maybe due to C19, the restaurant was not fully occupied even it just a few days more to Christmas. We really enjoy the quiet ambience however this may not is a good sign to the restaurant owner. 😝 The hightea food selection was pretty standard and the set comes with coffee/tea, which we were allowed having unlimited refill. The hotel location is slightly out of the way but still it’s within bearable walking distance (approx 10mins), else you may transit to bus, after alighted at Stevens MRT station. #hightea #christmas #novotel #winestone

I recently stayed at one of the Superior Rooms in Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay. As the hotel was built sometime back, I was delighted to find such a generous allocation of space. There was a considerable width between the TV and the bed (enough space to do a cartwheel or two!). Aside from this, my room also came with a balcony – the door of which you could ask to be unlocked by contacting the housekeeping staff. The room imbibed warm tones with a timeless and highly contemporary look. The interiors were dominated by a rather inviting shade of beige and a minimalistic but functional set of furnishings. If you have stayed at Novotel properties elsewhere, you will find the décor here to be very familiar. #summervacation

The looks, charm, and ambiance of Novotel gives me warmth soul and spirit as I stay in this hotel for business meetings. It is quite expensive but very elegant place for business presentations.
