The cherry blossom trees along the Kusaba River are a great spot to enjoy the combination of cherry blossoms and rape blossoms
#Fukuoka Attractions
The Kusaba River Cherry Blossom Trees are a 2.2km long cherry blossom tree grove planted along the Kusaba River, a clear stream that flows through Chikuzen Town. It is the most famous cherry blossom spot in the town. There are about 350 cherry trees along the Kose River that flows through the Nagakawa area of the city. The grand finale is the scenery that blooms against the backdrop of the majestic Mina Mountains. The cherry blossom tree-lined promenade is narrow and densely lined with trees, making it look like a cherry blossom tunnel. In the rural scenery, there are many rape flowers blooming on the embankment, which is a wonderful spot where you can enjoy the combination of cherry blossoms and rape flowers. There is a dreamlike scene on the embankment, and the sunset seen from here is also very special.

Fukuoka Tachiarai Peace Memorial Museum 🕊️
This was the relay base for the kamikaze squadrons, where many of them saw off their attacks.
Two large fighter planes are on display inside the museum.
The museum also displays the lives of people at the time and letters left behind, and you can even see letters left by members of the squadrons to their families after their attacks.
I was reminded that our modern lives are not something to be taken for granted, and that peace is important.
I hope many people will visit this memorial!!

[Fukuoka Cafe] Enjoy tarts made with fruits from Asakura
NOYU
477-2 Hatajima, Chikuzen-cho, Asakura-gun, Fukuoka
10:30-18:00
Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
We went to NOYU, which everyone has been to recently 🥰
We hadn't had lunch yet, so we were both planning to eat
but there was only one pasta left, so we gave it to my aunt...
or rather, we shared a little
and then we each ordered our favorite tarts 🥰
My aunt loves lemons so she ordered lemon tart
I ordered summer strawberry and pistachio tart 🍓
The strawberry one is quite expensive, but it was so delicious that it blew that away 🤭
Watching them being made by hand one by one after receiving the order was just so much fun ❤️
I ordered pink tea, but I got a regular iced tea and thought, "Huh? What?", but it was actually rose flavored tea lol
I was the one who thought pink would come lol
Thanks for the meal ⭐️

Kyushu, Japan|Japanese parks are always fascinating😍
On the way from Kyushu Ukiha to Fukuoka, we passed this small park.

The cherry blossoms reflected on the river at night are beautiful.
The clear Kusaba River that runs through the town has cherry blossoms (Somei Yoshino) planted along the river for about 2.2 km.
In the spring, you can enjoy many cherry blossoms and rape blossoms.
At night, the area is lit up, and you can enjoy the reflection of the cherry blossoms on the river.
The best time to see them is usually from mid-March to early April.
How about taking an evening stroll?

💖Fukuoka🇯🇵💖 Learn more about the war at the Tachiarai Peace Memorial Museum
A historical museum in Chikuzen-machi, Asakura-gun, Fukuoka Prefecture
Chikuzen Town Tachiarai Peace Memorial Museum☀️
About 1,800 wartime documents are on display, including the former Imperial Japanese Army Type 97 fighter plane and the former Imperial Japanese Navy Zero fighter plane.
An aviation school also existed at the time, and it was a relay base for the kamikaze squadrons, sending off many young kamikaze pilots to Chiran and other places.
The fighter planes (Zero fighter) in the museum are impressive and overwhelming.
There are booths displaying documents from the time of the great air raids, letters (wills) written by kamikaze pilots to their families, and a booth displaying the remains of an actual Zero fighter, making this a peace memorial museum with many exhibits worth seeing.
Relive the sad memories of the war and feel gratitude for our ancestors and the blessing of peace.

Cherry blossom season🌸
#cherryblossomviewing
It's close to my house, so I can see the cherry blossoms all year round.
When I visited the other day, it was bustling with people taking pre-entrance ceremony photos and people just taking a walk.
This year's cherry blossom tunnel was also very beautiful.
I'm grateful that they bloom every year without fail.

Japan's Kyushu region's lesser-known cherry blossom viewing spot, Kusakogawa.
Weekend is here, spring brings various romantic vibes and colors~
Now I don't know if anyone can see this, but I can't help but recommend a relatively niche cherry blossom viewing spot to you, avoiding the crowds and ending up with nothing, let's plan it!
Many tourists rushing to Japan to see cherry blossoms may go to some well-known scenic spots, only to find out how crowded they are. The essence of cherry blossom viewing in Japan (especially for photography) is not about going to popular tourist attractions, but about driving around in the countryside and seeing rows of beautiful cherry blossom trees swaying in the wind.
Recommend a cherry blossom path in Kawakami, Fukuoka called Kusagawa River (located in Asakura, Fukuoka Prefecture). It's only an hour away by bus.
Instead of crowded tourist attractions, why not visit the Kusagawa River? The cherry blossoms along the river stretch for several kilometers. Even if you go on weekends, you can have a whole tree in full bloom, allowing you to enjoy the flowers and take photos without any hassle.
