Oakridge Horizons Café is located in Oakridge business park, A.S. Fortuna, Mandaue City, Cebu. It is one of the newest al fresco dining spot serving comfort food and drink and pairing it with a panoramic view of the city skyline. The café is a very nice chill place whether day or night. The wide space allows you to have intimate conversations. As for me and my friend, we had cocktails on a Saturday night and was serenaded with a local accoustic band. It is also a perfect place for an afternoon meet ups whether business or leisure, or a family affair, because why not.
