Oeschinen Lake Travel Guide
Preparation

Transportation Guide
●External transportation: First, arrive at major cities in Switzerland, such as Zurich and Geneva, and then take a train to Kandersteg.
●Internal transportation: After leaving Kandersteg Railway Station, you can take bus 242 to the cable car station or walk for 15 minutes to the cable car station and take the cable car directly to the vicinity of Oeschinen Lake.

●Hiking: There are many hiking routes around. You can walk along the lake or challenge snow mountain hiking. From the cable car station, you can choose the route to Galmihorn, Hohbalmen, and other peaks to enjoy the magnificent scenery.
●Boating and kayaking: Row a boat or kayak on Oeschinen Lake and enjoy a quiet time. The boat rental time is usually 10:30–17:00.
●Slide sightseeing: Experience the slide with a total length of about 749.8 meters, from the top of the mountain to the foot of the mountain, which takes nearly 2 minutes. You can slide alone or with a partner.
●Photography: There are beautiful sceneries everywhere, such as by the lake, on the cable car, and on the hiking trail. You can take photos of the lake reflection, snow mountains, forests, etc.
