Affordable Hong Kong Dim Sum has won one Michelin star for two consecutive years. We arrived before business hours but there was already a long queue. The clerk was very enthusiastic and gave each customer a number sheet so that customers don’t have to wait there. Those who arrive soon can also order first, so that they can order quickly 🤣! We ordered shrimp bean curd rolls 🍤, hometown salted water dumplings 🥟, pan-fried radish cake, exquisite Mala cake and thin-skinned shrimp dumplings 🍤. Hot tea is HK$7 per person. If I wasn't afraid of not being able to eat it, I really want to order more! I love salted water dumplings the most. I have never eaten them in Taiwan. They are fried until crispy and crispy. Coming to Hong Kong is mostly food-motivated for me and I have tried so many of them. One Dim Sum is Michelin star rated and located at Prince Edward street. They served super nice dim sum at a reasonable price and it is much better compared to the other Michelin star rated dim sum. The place is small so you have to queue. Luckily, I was travelling with my family and we just got one of us to queue while the others went shopping. The night view from the observation deck was truly unforgettable. I entered Hong Kong and strolled around during my half-day transfer. The first stop was to go to a dim sum restaurant. I had been hungry for a long time. After waiting in line for about half an hour, I finally got in. The food was delicious. There was a constant stream of customers queuing outside. This was amongst the best of dimsum experiences in hong kong. There tends to be a long queue though and coming early might help. The service is very fast as it is with old school dimsum houses. The waiter at the restaurant entrance is very helpful and polite. The food came as soon as we sat down on the table. The menu on a piece of paper is in Chinese with small English words. It's kinda hard to visualize for people who cannot understand Chinese, they do have a more comprehensive menu where they (I think) almost have pictures of every dish on the menu to help decide on what to eat.
