Lunch at Maruyoshi Noodle Factory was exceptional, as I felt the pleasant breeze of Osaka. The chicken tempura was crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, and the egg tempura had an exquisite melty yolk. The udon had a chewy texture and the flavor of the dashi soup was strong, satisfying both body and mind. The combination of the simple yet deep flavor of the udon and the freshly fried tempura was truly blissful. Usually, I will buy takeaway and eat it at the free seating area outside Universal Studios Japan. There is a 551 Horai branch in the public area outside USJ. It is not allowed to bring food into USJ so if you get screened, then you will have to eat it before they allow you to enter.
