Highly Recommended Restaurant in Enoshima: Avoid the Popular Instagram Spots
This year, my girlfriend and I decided to spend New Year's Eve in Yokohama. We had an afternoon free and decided to take a stroll around Enoshima.
Initially, we wanted to take photos at Kamakura High School, but due to limited time, we decided to find a seaside restaurant for a meal and a walk.
My girlfriend found a Hawaiian restaurant called Pacific DRIVE-IN, and I must say, it's highly recommended.
Not only is it right by the sea, but it also has an exclusive view of the ocean and a parking lot, making it very convenient if you're driving. Plus, you can get a discount on parking fees with your meal.
There are no other restaurants or buildings blocking the view, and you can choose to take out and sit at the white outdoor tables or dine inside.
Although there were many people in line when we arrived, a staff member was assigned to seat us, so we didn't have to wait long, which was great.
The Acai bowl had a smoothie-like texture with added coconut flakes, and the fruits seemed to be frozen, but it tasted good.
The garlic shrimp set seems to be a must-order, as almost every Japanese person ordered one. The smoked pulled pork I had was a bit salty (I prefer lighter flavors), and the coffee seemed to be lightly roasted, with a slightly acidic taste.
🏖️ Environment/Facilities: The location is perfect 💯 (The restroom was a bit dirty, possibly due to the holiday crowd)
💰 Average Spending: 2000-3500 yen, not cheap~
