Yesterday I went on a night cruise on the pearl river. The story is actually quite funny because I went to the wrong port and missed the actual boat, but no worries the workers at the port were so helpful and they rebooked me on another cruise for just 10 RMB. The cruise took 90 min and went up and down the river in the central part of the city. I would suggest to take the cruise at night (and to book seats on the 2nd floor), since the views at night are even more spectacular and breathtaking. 10/10 would do it again.

#4月好去处2025 The night cruise on the Pearl River in Guangzhou was one of the most romantic experiences of my trip. As night falls, the river is lit up brightly, and the light shows of Guangzhou Tower, Haixinsand and Liede Bridge on both sides complement each other. Take a cruise ship and feel the river breeze as you slowly move forward, feeling the prosperity of the modern city and the accumulation of history.
