[2025 Batu Buruk Stay] Travel Guide for Permai Hotel Kuala Terengganu (Updated May)

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

Address - Permai Hotel, Jalan Sultan Mahmud, Kampung Batu Buruk, 20400 Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu Ambiance/Facilities - This hotel used to be a great place to stay in Kuala Terengganu once. It was last furbish if not mistaken in year 2006-2008. The room itself is a good size and comfortable enough. Bathroom has a tub with marble finished. Hopefully, there would be a major interior upgrade sometime in the near future. The breakfast buffet spread is not so bad, could be better. Room facing the sea from afar. Highlights - Suite Room. Good size bedroom, two night stay was confortable enough. Have a complementary fruits as welcome in the room.
