Raw Kitchen Hall located at ground floor of Else Hotel KL and nearby the Petaling Street. It's has very beautiful lighting with nice ambiance and very classy. The signature dish is called Black Mama. This dish is cooked with squid ink and topped with the raw egg yolks with prawn aside. They are quite full during weekend so make sure you have do a reservation online before you ahead to this restaurant. They do have limit dining hours which is 1 hours and 45 mins as their table turnover is very high, so it's quite rush after finished the eating need to leave already as the table already reserve to the next customer. There's not much buzz about it, so it's not as packed as the rest of the places here at Pasar Seni. The interior was spacious and well-lit, and the servers were very attentive to our orders. The highlight was the Tandoori Sea Bass - it comes with rich and creamy mash potato, and watermelon yogurt greens.
