I was lucky enough to visit during the Locarno Film Festival—a magical time when the whole town becomes a stage, with films screened under the stars. One of my favorite adventures was taking the funicular up to Madonna del Sasso, a breathtaking pilgrimage site with panoramic views over the lake and city.
