#2025OverseasTravelEvent I traveled to Paris for the first time in 5 years this summer. I had other plans, so I only stayed in Paris for a short time, but I had a really fulfilling trip. For those who are traveling to Paris for the first time or for those who don't have a plan, I'll tell you some really good information to save and refer to! 🇫🇷Places to visit in Paris 📍Eiffel Tower / The Eiffel Tower, the symbol of Paris! Places with a good view of the Eiffel Tower: Place du Trocadéro, Champ-de-Mars, Rue Saint-Dominique, Avenue de Camoëns 📍Montmartre / Montmartre hill overlooking the whole of Paris. The night view is pretty, but it's really good to visit around sunset. Be careful because there are a lot of gypsies. 📍Printemps Haussmann / Go shopping here..! Shopping paradise. 📍Musée du Louvre / You have to wait a lot of waiting to see the Mona Lisa. So I definitely recommend buying tickets in advance and visiting early. 📍Jardin des Tuileries / The best moment during your trip to Paris was probably the time you had a picnic here..? An amusement park is also open in the summer, so be sure to ride the swing! 📍Palais de Tokyo / If you don't like the same old art museums, come here! If you're a fan of modern art, visit here :) 📍Arc de Triomphe / These days, many people book accommodations with a view of the Arc de Triomphe, so it's a must-see landmark. If you go up, you can see the whole of Paris at a glance. 📍Jardin du Luxembourg / A park I recommend visiting if you have time. It's pretty and great for leisurely sightseeing. 📍Av. des Champs-Élysées / A famous shopping street that connects the Arc de Triomphe to the Louvre 📍Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris / I visited before the Notre Dame fire and it was really nice. It's a good idea to tour the Ile de la Cité while visiting Notre Dame. 📍Château de Versailles / If you stay in Paris for a while, I recommend you visit here. Tour Eiffel Garden Address: Jardin de la Tour Eiffel Key Point: There are fences during the Olympic season, but you can enter freely at other times. 4. The current highest point is 330 meters. At every hour of the night, such as nine o'clock, ten o'clock, and eleven o'clock, the lights of the entire Eiffel Tower will start to flash continuously, which is very gorgeous and lasts for about 5 minutes. If you want to buy a ticket to climb the Eiffel Tower 🗼, it is recommended to go to the official website to book two months in advance. Even if you buy it a month ago, you may not be able to get the ticket for the lighthouse period you want. If time permits, you can queue at the on-site Eiffel Tower. But the waiting time is about 30 minutes to an hour. Paris is France’s capital. It is a major city and is a centre for art, gastronomy, fashion and incredible landmarks. Walking through Paris feels like walking through a fairytale with every corner being picture perfect. 
🗼Espl. du Trocadéro (📍Espl. du Trocadéro, 75116 Páris, France) - an iconic location to go to and see the magical Eiffel Tower. It has great vantage points and is extra magical during sunrise. Make sure to get there early as it fills up very quickly. (Top tip: keep an eye on your pockets as this spot is known for its pick pockets). 
💃 Moulin Rouge (📍82 Bd de Clichy, 75018 Paris, France) - the famous 19 century cabaret. It features Bella Epoch decor. You can not only watch the cabaret, but also dine while you are enjoying the show. Don’t forget to take a snap with this iconic location. It really is picture perfect. The photo I shared was taken with my iPhone 10 at the time and I think still looks great. ☺️ 
💒 Sacré-Cœur (📍5 Rue du Cardinal Dubois, 75 018 Paris, France) - completed in 1914 this white domed church sits atop a hill in Paris and has some magical views over the city. Make sure to go inside and head to the top for some seriously amazing panoramic views of the city. Oh and do you spy with your eye something beginning with the letter “E”.

#citywalk Travelling to Paris, there are 3 world famous buildings that representing the country that you must visit to: 1) Eiffel Tower - It’s a masterpiece that built on 1889 which is more than hundred years. Nowadays, it is 1 of the most unique and top 1 attractions where the tourists will definitely visit when travelling to Paris. People always say: If you did not visit this place, you never come to Paris! Therefore, please make sure that this place is in your list during the visit. Personally, I will highly recommend you going to Trocadero as you can enjoy the full view of Eiffel Tower while the street artist is performing the romantic songs. 2) Arc de Triomphe - The building honours those who died for France during the French Revolution and the Napoleonic Wars, with the names of all French victories and generals inscribed on its inner and outer surfaces. Honestly I have no idea how to get to the building from the opposite road as it located in the centre of the roundabout and I dint see any pedestrian walkway to cross over. 😅😅 3) Musee de Louvre - This is the largest museum in the world with the world famous painting - Mona Lisa inside. The entrance is not free of charge so you can either choose to pay for entrance OR take photo outside only. Personally I dint go in due to budget constraint the entire trip, however, i think it is worth to pay a visit and will arrange it next time.

The Trocadero’s large garden with beautiful fountains and sculptures offers a great opportunity to have a picnic or cool down in the water during a hot summer day. The best photo spot of the Eiffel Tower is from the Palais de Chaillot to the Jena Bridge❕ The best place to take pictures of the Eiffel Tower: Palais de Chaillot There is a large platform when you walk down from the Palais de Chaillot. When you climb up the stairs, you can easily see the same view as shown in Figure 5. There is also a large lawn underneath, which is also very picturesque and has a French romantic feel. Or walking on the roadside, it’s already very exciting! Slowly approach the tower and you will arrive close to the Jena Bridge. The Summer Palace is opposite the Eiffel Tower and is built in the same era as the Eiffel Tower. The artistic crystallization of the 1889 World Expo, there is a large fountain square in front of the Xia Gong Palace. When night falls, many citizens and tourists gather here, sitting on the lawn or on both sides of the fountain, laughing and waiting for the lights of the Eiffel Tower to light up.
