Plaza premium lounge at T4 This is the only plaza premium lounge in Changi airport that serve free flow udders ice cream! It’s located at terminal 4. This place feels more relaxing and spacious because you can look out to the area, there is also a bar in here but somehow it’s always closed when I’m here. Food wise are quite standard, Singapore laksa still the best! Love their salad options here as well, it’s more variety compared to other terminals in Changi airport. The highlight here is definitely the free flow ice cream for me! There is a free flow drinks bar with alcoholic drinks, tea and coffee. Overall is a nice place to chill before catching the flight!

#travellerswonderland I recently had the chance to use the Plaza premium lounge at Changi airport and i got to say it's fantastic. If you're feeling tired and in need of a rest place, this lounge is what you need. With sofas and great lounge chairs designated for rest, you will be able to snooze away and rest up before catching a flight. There are also snacks and hot food, as well as a salad bar and drinks section. Thought the area wasn't very big, it was good enough. Love that i can get something local for food, do try their creamy lasksa and Hainanese chicken rice which was so aromatic. Best part of this lounge is that there's showering facilities so you can refresh yourself, from all that traveling. It's superb!

#familytrips2024 At the entrance of the airport terminal, you would be greeted by a series of beautiful orchid flowers .At the canopy area, you would be able to find the jewel bloom, whereby there will be many beautiful flower decorations, similar to what you will find at the gardens by the bay. You will definitely be fascinated by them. We hope for our next Bangkok family trip, we would be able to visit the sunflower garden there. In addition, we would also like to visit the chatuchak plant section to see what are the differences between their plant cultivation and ours .

T4 lounge is one of my favourite lounge in Changi because it’s the only lounge that serves Udders ice cream, however I’m very sad to find out that it’s no longer available :( I’m quite disappointed at the food here this time round, especially for the cooked food section. The fried egg doesn’t taste fresh and it has a starchy texture, not too sure if it’s spoiled, and it doesn’t taste like eggs at all. I’m glad that the laksa standard still remains the same! For HSBC users, the card have added a few entitled restaurants for you to enjoy, crystal jade is one of them but we were too lazy to walk there. The staff at this lounge are friendly and attentive as always, so this is probably one of the reason I’m back as well. There are alot of empty seats for you to chill while waiting for your flights, love the sweet sections here. Look at all the mini cakes here, it’s cute and tasty! There’s even a cheese section here! There are free flow of wine, gin and tonic and different variety of soft drinks here. Enjoy!

We love the excellent staff and hospitality- very courteous and attentive. We were ushered to our sitting and the staff shifted a low stool for our comfort. The sitting was also comfortable and it is certainly a great place to rest, unwind and get a quick bite while waiting for your flights. Sitting options and comfort wise, we preferred this lounge as compared to SATS premier Lounge at T3. The showers and restrooms were also more spacious here. The lounge offers light refreshments. However food selection is only slightly more limited than SATS. Both had Singapore laksa which we loved. There was also chicken rice here and the chicken was very tender. When we were there (around 12pm-3pm), the place was not packed, so it was very comfortable. There are many different sitting options catering for groups and individual travellers needing to get some work done.
