National monumen or Tugu Negara is a scuptures of a group of soldiers who fall during the struggle for independance against Japanese Armies occupation during World War 2, communist Armies occupation and Malayan Emergency. One of the soldier holding the Jalur Gemilang, Malaysia's flag as the spirit of Malaysian who struggle towards colonisation. It is located in the Federal capital, Kuala Lumpur. Tugu Negara is best reached by car. The parking space is next to the plaza entrance, but is fairly limited.
