Ljubljana - picturesque, romantic city.
#timetotravel
I’m not sure what harder? Getting there or spelling the word? 😉 One thing for sure, I was captivated by its romantic, picturesque sights.
I was here on my long wkend stop over from Bled. I would say, it’s one of those cities I exceptionally adore.
Love the vibrance on days, and the serenity in the night. Although it may be enough to go around on a day trip, I highly suggest 2-3days to fully immersed the city.

Preseren square of Slovakia
#celebrateit
Located in the centre of the city of Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, it is a square crowded with many tourists. The bronze statue in the centre of the square is Franze Preschen, the author and poet of the Slovenian state. He is the person who is the origin of the name of this square. The three bridges over the Ljubljanica River, which flow south of the square, are the most famous bridges that are familiar as the symbol of Ljubljana. In addition, on the north side of the square is a Baroque Franciscan church with an eye-catching pink exterior.

Stow 2 Go: Where Specialty Coffee Meets Ljubljana’s Bustling Streets!
Stow 2 Go, located at Prešernov Trg 2 in the heart of Ljubljana, is a specialty coffee shop that offers freshly roasted seasonal fair trade coffee.
Despite its compact size and lack of seating, it provides a variety of coffee options, including espresso, flat white, latte, and filter coffee. Non-coffee beverages like smoothies, tea, cocoa, and hot chocolate are also available.
The shop caters to plant-based preferences by offering at least two to three different plant milks, though there is a surcharge of €0.50. Recently, they have introduced vegan baked items to their menu.
The staff is known for being friendly, and the location is stylish, making it a popular spot for both locals and tourists.
For those interested in brewing their own coffee, Stow 2 Go sells accessories like coffee makers and cups, as well as coffee-themed souvenirs.
Overall, it’s a fine place for coffee lovers seeking quality beverages in Ljubljana’s city center.

Ljubljana city center walk...Francisco Square
#EuropeanTravel #Ljubljana #FrancisSquare
FrancisSquare, the center of Ljubljana and a famous meeting place, is an important spot for travelers.
The pink St. Francis Cathedral is a beautiful color that is perfect for taking pictures, and the romantic atmosphere is filled with the Pre Seren statue standing in the middle of the square and the story of his love. When you cross the Triple Bridge, you can see the Ljubljana Castle in the distance, and it is a great place where you can discover the charm of the city no matter which direction you walk. During the day, you can feel the lively scenery, and at night, you can feel the emotion created by the lights, so it is a place you will naturally visit several times a day.
