This spot now tops my list for specialty coffee, and I eagerly anticipate returning to explore their other inventive blends. They serve the 103 brand of beans. The Molly drink surpassed my expectations with its light and smooth texture, offering a delightful blend of coffee and floral notes. The strawberry yogurt cheesecake was a perfect match - delicate and satisfying. Ordering through their QR code system was convenient. Tucked in a lovely quiet corner is a cafe called Principle Cafe by TAM. If you're heading in to Johor Bahru for a cafe hopping trip, I strongly suggest checking this cafe out. It has a quaint and clean environment, great for a quiet morning brunch or just a simple coffee catch up place. Pastries such as croissants and cakes are served here and brunch is also served here. Grab their iced latte to cool off in the hot weather and enjoy it over some food. Love this cafe and you should check it out too.

It's has slowly gathered regulars as well as new patrons since it's opening 1year ago with it's well executed café offerings so it's best to WhatsApp them prior to visiting to avoid waiting time especially during weekends/holidays. Besides the Chīllax vibe service staffs were all smiley and provided quick service and attentiveness with water refills, food orders etc. What impressed us were that they were a complete cafeé"package": dishing up great tasting appetizer/pastries like the signature pīstachīo crombolom, duper flavourful nyonya laska linguine w fresh grilled tiger prawns, double cheesy smoked salmon pizza, desserts like hojicha tart, choco slice cake & so much more! They also have wide variety of drinks like lattes(coffee/non-coffee like matcha etc), sparkling drinks, iced chocolate and the Yuzu Rose teaâwe had was Esthetīc as well as so refreshing! Definitely worth even a re-visit as we wonders how other dishes in their large menu taste. As if the hype isn’t already big enough, I made a trip down to Principle cafe by T.A.M! Within a short distance from the woodlands checkpoint, this was my first cafe in the area! The place was very well decorated and food was decent! Menu was a tad bit pricey but I guess it’s expected because of the SG tourists that visits! I had the pleasure of dining at Principle cafe by T.A.M recently, and I couldn't wait to share my delightful experience! From start to finish, it was a culinary journey that left me impressed. The service was impeccable as well, with the staff being attentive and friendly throughout the meal. In summary, if you're in the mood for delicious cafe foodin a fantastic atmosphere, this is the place to be. I left with a satisfied palate and a smile on my face.
