So hot must drink shake, I ordered the red-haired durian shake, slightly sweet with a little faint like the fragrance of mangosteen. I didn't wait too long. Shrimp Paste Tomato Soup 🦐 The rare shrimp paste cake is very old, with a super fragrant shrimp flavor👍🏻👍🏻The taste is special, and the soup base also has a strong shrimp flavor🥰 There are also many side dishes, with a unique Vietnamese flavor🇻🇳 The braised meat has a texture, it feels like it is not the ordinary braised meat bought on the street, it comes with two pieces of pig blood, delicious! There is always a long queue outside Q1 Vietnamese Cuisine in Sham Shui Po County 1. I arrived before 12pm today. Of course I had to go in and eat when I saw a seat. I will definitely order a bowl of signature crab paste tomato soup when I come here. The soup is boiled with pork bones, tomatoes and fresh crab for at least 5 to 6 hours every day, ensuring that every bite of the soup is rich enough. The surface that looks like "honeycomb tofu" is actually crab paste egg cake, and the most amazing pork red bean, the first time to eat such a seasoned and fresh pork red, must try. There are two pieces of pork belly, the one with coarse grains is very tasty; the top is more coriander and goose emperor, which is authentic enough. Today I added pandan cake. The old-style cake is steamed in three times. The process is complicated. The pandan and coconut flavors are prominent, the taste is super smoky, and the mung bean paste is smooth enough. The French bread D ingredients enough, the pork sticky meat seasoned, and the pickles are very fresh and sweet and sour balance French bread is very very crispy.
