You can start from Jiantan MRT Station and take Bus 15 to the terminal station, Qingtiangang. There, you will see a super healing scene - water buffaloes basking in the sun and grazing leisurely, making you feel like life has slowed down 🐃. Then, descend from Qingtiangang to Lengshuikeng Visitor Center. The scenery along the way is absolutely amazing 👍! You will pass by Lengshuikeng Ecological Pond, where the water is crystal clear and surrounded by green trees, full of natural atmosphere 🌳. There is also Milk Lake, where the water is a unique color, like milk, super dreamy 🥛. The whole journey takes less than an hour, and you can enjoy so much beautiful scenery, it's really worth it! However, I must remind you ⚠️, the Juan Silk Waterfall Trail was damaged by a previous typhoon, so now you can only go down from Qingtiangang or Lengshuikeng. And you can't go any further when you reach the waterfall, you must return to Qingtiangang or Lengshuikeng to take the bus. I didn't know this, so I walked the same section of the road three times, it was really "sour" 😫. Qingtiangang is one of the must-go places for wedding photography! There are large green areas around it, and it's a place as beautiful as a landscape painting. I saw people taking wedding photos every time I went there. There are vast grasslands and buffaloes. There is also a parking lot nearby. A canteen and a tourist service center introduce the history of Qingtiangang. It is suitable for people who like nature but don’t want to walk too much. The barrier-free facilities are very complete, so even people with limited mobility can go on an outing together. In addition, the Qingtiangang circular trail is about 2.4 kilometers long. This route will pass through the Central Grassland Trail, Yangmingshan Ranch Education and Interpretation Center, the fork in the road at Zhugaoshan Blockhouse, and the Jinbaoli Road Gate. Since the trail is not very undulating, it can be completed in about 1-2 hours, so novices can give it a try. Among them, most chose to stay and check in at the Central Grassland Trail. But please note that the use of drones, feeding of wild animals and camping are not allowed on site. There are two ways to get there By bus: Take bus No. 108 or No. 15 to Qingtiangang Station. The tourist service station is in front of you. By car: Qingtiangang Tourist Service Station / No. 246, Lane 101, Jingshan Road, Shilin District, Taipei City. You can park in the paid parking lot in front of the tourist service station.

Qingtian Gang is located at the center of the Datun Volcano Group. It is a lava terrace with flat and open terrain. The Qingtian Gang grassland was once designated as the 'Dalingtou Ranch.' As the agricultural and pastoral industries declined, the water buffaloes that were fostered during the ranch era reproduced on-site. Some of the buffaloes that were not taken back have naturally bred in the Qingtian Gang area, forming a group of wild buffaloes without owners. This time, we came specifically to see the cows; those rolling in the mud, competing with each other, and showing deep affection for their calves... all kinds of postures are in full view. On a sunny day, the vast green grassland and the slowly passing sea of clouds present the ultimate charm of 'endless green grass.' In addition to the endless grassland, Qingtian Gang also offers views of silvergrass in autumn, sunrises, and sunsets. This place is a mountain 🏔️ suitable for those who like hiking ! It was a long ride to go here, recommend for you to go here as early as you can so you will have time to plan to go to other place in a day.
