Located approximately 1hr drive from Qingyuan, GLX provides its guests with a high end experience from start to finish. The rooms are incredible and the private pools ooze luxury and comfort 😍 There is a beautiful shared swimming pool for all guests, parks to play games in and even a small area with squirrels running around 🐿️ The breakfast had a decent selection to choose from and there is the option to order coffee and other drinks to the room. Be aware that if you want to eat at restaurants outwith the hotel then you will need to drive there. If a relaxing weekend soaking in hot springs is what you need then this place is for you. Enjoy!

Anyway, it turns out this place is also a hot spring hotel, and it only opened at the end of 2023. Guests get a 10% discount on food, and of course, we didn't stay just because of this discount, just kidding. After seeing the photos, I really want to try it next time; after dinner, we went back for a hot spring bath. It was really comfortable at night, soaking in the warm hot spring water and looking up at the stars💫. After the soak, I was super tired and slept well. The breakfast🍳 included the next morning had many Chinese dim sum options, fewer Western ones; but overall, it's a great place.
