Encountering Quanhe | A Beautiful Chapter of Homestay Coffee and Rice Fields
| A Beautiful Chapter of Homestay Coffee and Rice Fields. I had always heard that the coffee shop at Quanhe Homestay was unique, and finally found some free time to explore it.
Quanhe Homestay is located in a quiet and beautiful place, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is nestled among lush green mountains and flowing green waters, like a hidden paradise in the world.
The homestay is close to several famous attractions such as Yuwen Hot Spring, Jintai Temple, Doumen Old Street, and Jiexiazhuang. The exterior of the homestay features a new Chinese-style wooden design, renovated from the original building. It retains its original characteristics while incorporating suitable modern elements, achieving a balance of tradition and innovation.
There are courtyard rooms where pets are allowed, as well as scenic rooms facing the rice fields or gardens. The homestay is well-equipped with various facilities, including a dog cafe, tea room, conference room, KTV, viewing platform, and book bar. There are also entertainment facilities such as mahjong, barbecue, and board games.
The homestay's coffee shop is equally surprising. I walked into the coffee shop and found a comfortable place to sit. Soon, a smiling waiter brought limited-time special drinks: Red Bean Matcha Latte, Duck Shit Fragrant Lemon Tea, and Pistachio Basque.
First, let's talk about the Red Bean Matcha Latte. The freshness of matcha and the sweetness of red beans blend perfectly. It is smooth and creamy, with a rich milk flavor. Every sip offers a delicate texture and rich layers.
Next, the Duck Shit Fragrant Lemon Tea. The fresh scent of lemon intertwines with the unique flavor of Duck Shit Fragrant Tea. It is moderately sweet and sour, refreshing and relieving greasiness, bringing a touch of coolness in the hot summer.
The Pistachio Basque is even more surprising. It has a delicate texture, with the aroma of pistachios and the richness of cheese blending perfectly. Every bite is intoxicating.
While enjoying the drinks, I looked out the window at the rice fields. Unfortunately, the rice had already been harvested. If it hadn't been, the sight of golden rice swaying in the wind would have been even more beautiful. But even so, the empty rice fields have a unique tranquil beauty.
In the coffee shop, guests either chatted softly or read quietly, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. I found a seat by the window and fully enjoyed this moment of leisure.
When leaving, I was still reminiscing about the special drinks and beautiful scenery. Quanhe Homestay, whether for its cozy accommodation environment or its delightful coffee shop, is indeed a place worth visiting again.
