Northern Ireland is a road trip paradise, blending history, breathtaking landscapes, and cinematic wonders. Buckle up for an unforgettable journey!
🚗 Start in Belfast – Kick off with a visit to Crumlin Road Gaol, a Victorian-era prison packed with fascinating stories. Then, head to Victoria Square for shopping and the 360° Dome View of the city.
🌉 Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge – Dare to cross this swaying rope bridge suspended over the Atlantic, originally built by salmon fishermen. The views are incredible, and on a clear day, you might even spot Scotland!
🌳 The Dark Hedges – A must-visit for Game of Thrones fans, this eerie, tree-lined road is one of the most photographed spots in Northern Ireland. Arrive early or late for a mystical, crowd-free experience.
🏰 End the Day at the Coast – Drive along the Causeway Coastal Route and soak in the stunning cliffs before heading back.
💡 Top Tips:

Titanic Belfast is the world's largest Titanic visitor experience and a must-see on any visit to Belfast and Northern Ireland. It is located beside the Titanic Slipways, the Harland and Wolff Drawing Offices and Hamilton Graving Dock, the very place where Titanic was designed, built and launched in 1911.
Titanic Belfast tells the story of the Titanic, from her conception in Belfast in the early 1900s, through her construction and launch, to its maiden voyage and subsequent place in history.
The self-guided Titanic Experience extends over nine interpretive and interactive galleries, which explore the sights, sounds, smells and stories of RMS Titanic, as well as the city and people who made her.

Guide to the North Ireland 🇬🇧
#localtourguides
If you're looking for a mix of stunning natural beauty and rich cultural heritage, Northern Ireland is the place to be! 🌄 My adventure started in Belfast, where I visited the Titanic Belfast museum. For around £24, you can dive deep into the history of the world-famous ship, right at the place where it was built. The museum's interactive exhibits and the surrounding Titanic Quarter are fascinating 🛳️. From there, I took a black cab tour around the city, learning about Belfast's history and the murals of the Falls and Shankill Roads – a powerful experience.
A day trip to the Giant’s Causeway is an absolute must! The natural basalt columns are a UNESCO World Heritage site, and seeing them up close is surreal. There’s a visitor’s center, which costs about £13, but you can also access the Causeway itself for free if you're happy to just walk down from the parking lot. The nearby Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, with its entry fee of £9, offers breathtaking coastal views, though it’s not for the faint of heart! 🌉
If you're a Game of Thrones fan, you'll be excited to know that many scenes were filmed here. The Dark Hedges, a hauntingly beautiful tree-lined avenue, is one of the most iconic filming locations – perfect for snapping some memorable photos 📸. And don’t forget to enjoy a pint of Guinness at a local pub – the atmosphere is unbeatable! 🍻
From the stunning landscapes of the Mourne Mountains to the historic streets of Derry, Northern Ireland is filled with surprises around every corner. #trip #NorthernIreland #GiantCauseway #BelfastAdventures #GameofThrones #TravelMemories

Belfast cool and breezy Cavehill
#belfast #Cavehill #hiking #ireland #uk #Belfastcastle
After a rainy morning, my son and I made it to Cavehill by public bus from Stranmillis to the city centre then another to Gray’s lane next to Belfast Castle and Cavehill.
The walk up was interesting for sure and some trails were quite muddy. By the time, we got to the cave area, I was quite tired from walking up steep slopes. Shortly after that, we walked upwards to the top of the hills and treated ourselves to a nice rest with snacks.
The walk down was very easy compared to the walk up. We finished with a wander around and in the wonderful and ornate Belfast Castle.

A person's winter 7-day tour of Montenegro by bus + railway + a person's winter
This is my last stop on the Balkan Peninsula, having previously visited Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the city of Dubrovnik, I took a bus across the border to Montenegro, which went quite smoothly.
Many people ask me why I chose such a niche country as Montenegro? What's fun there? Is there scenery or culture? Honestly, I'm not sure why I chose the Balkan Peninsula, maybe I wanted to see a slightly different local culture and customs. I've been to Western Europe too many times and it's no longer fresh.
Many people also ask me why I didn't travel all over the Balkan Peninsula? There are 7 countries in total, and I have a 21-day holiday, which is perfectly manageable. But I prefer deep travel, I don't like to skim over places like completing a task by checking in a country. So my itinerary is 6-7 days in a country, which is enough for me to see the essence.
Winter is indeed not very suitable for travel, the daylight is too short, many activities are not open, there are no tourists so there is no shared tour, but I want to say that because it is the off-season, I enjoy the WIP treatment in the scenic area, which is the joy of being completely unoccupied. And accommodation will be cheaper, so there are pros and cons, you decide.

A Trip to Lovely Belfast 🌈🍺
To attend another symposium, I had a chance seeing another city in the UK. Belfast! I relate to much with this city which reminds me my hometown. It has a great nature presenting an harmony of green and blue 🏞️🇬🇧. I believe you'd enjoy your trip if you're resistant to wind 🌬️🍃. From Birmingham to Belfast, we used airway to travel. It was a bit shaky due to weather, but we landed in safe to airport which is located nearby city center. Then, we got an Uber to arrive at hotel which is Premier Inn Belfast City Centre (Cathedral Quarter) 🏨🛎️🛏️. I strongly recommend this place for accommodation.
The main attraction points of the city:
Belfast City Hall
#Titanic Belfast
Belfast Castle
The Ulster Museum
St Anne’s #Cathedral
There’s heaps of day trips from #Belfast that you can head off on. In my following post, I'll share my experience on this one of the tour.

A day at Titanic Belfast ⚓️🚢
I was visiting Belfast for a few days and I always wanted to see where the Titanic was built and
Located beside the Titanic slipways and the Harland and Wolff drawing offices the very place the Titanic was designed, built and launched is Titanic Belfast .
It tells the story of Titanic from her conception, through her construction and launch , to her maiden voyage and subsequent place in history.
The museum has to be one of the best I’ve been too and even tho you could see it all in a few hours , I ended up staying most of the day it was awesome !
In a self guided tour you will uncover the sights sounds ,smells and stories of the ship and the people that made her .
Follow a series of themed exhibits as you journey through boomtown Belfast and the shipyards the liners where built , to the launch , fit out and maiden voyage , before discovering more about the sinking ,aftermath and the Titanic’s final resting place .
The museum has some great views over the port of Belfast and the slipways where the Titanic was built and launched and in the Titanic quarter and only a short walk from the city centre it’s easily accessible with also a variety of food outlets ,a gift shop , free Wi-Fi , lockers and car parking .
Had a great day would definitely recommend 👍

A classic and historic booth bar! The Crown Pub in Northern Ireland
I joined a one-day tour to the Giant's Causeway and learned from the local tour guide about a very famous and unique bar among the locals. In the birthplace of Northern Ireland's dark beer, going to the bar is definitely a must-do. From the moment I walked in, I found that the booths in this bar were very unique, just like the small booths in an old train, private and high-end. When the waiter has served all the dishes, he will close the door and you can enjoy your meal in peace. The prices are also very affordable, with the average cost per person for food, running and drinking being less than 30 pounds.
Recommended:🔥🔥🔥
I personally recommend the seafood dishes, which are quite good. The ingredients in the coastal areas of Northern Ireland are fresh. Don't forget to have a dark beer!❤️

A Day At IKEA 🍽️
First thing first, who doesn’t like IKEA…food! As a Malaysian, Ikea food is definitely one of my favourite place to dine. This is my first time visiting UK Ikea and I decided to share some of my thoughts about the food. It was a great experience and the food was extremely affordable if you compare the food eating in uk. The fish and chips were less than £6, it was a little bit try for me but can’t complain much with the price, the pea was aromatic, and the chips was average. [pic3] Vegan balls, did not try the meatballs as I don’t take beef. The picture shown above is a kids size portion, but quite decent. I’ve also tried their blueberry cheesecake was just ok, I remember Malaysia having raspberry cheesecake instead of blueberry and it was sho good. Really miss Malaysia and I can’t wait to go back soon!

Largest Primark?
Officially opened on the 1st of November! This Primark is located at the city centre of Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK .There’s still a long queue going on to go in, but I’ve some seek peak here for you to see. This primark is so huge as it has several floors and a floor that sells Disney products! omg isn’t it amazing?! There’s also a small DisneyxPrimark Cafe at the corner that sells cafe food and beverages. I’ve order the meal deal (Hot chocolate + “minnie” donut) that comes with a drink and a cake of your choice, which only cost for £3.95. The hot chocolate was good. Unfortunately, hot foods were sold out that day, but I heard they serve Minnie shaped waffles! Apart from that, what fascinates me the most is that, they offers manicure services that only cost £25 for plain gel nails. If you have your old gel nails on and planned to remove it, they also offer removal services for £10. Overall, was superb, cause who doesn’t like Primark right!!
Will I revisit? YESS definitely

Belfast - a city full of history
Many travelers may not think of Belfast as a destination to travel to that first. But we were very interested in getting to know this interesting city, which is why we included it in our route through Ireland by car. And it is that the capital of Northern Ireland, Belfast, is a city where very sad events have occurred in the history of Northern Ireland. No one is unaware that it became the scene where the IRA acted violently. But despite this and after the Peace Agreements, this city has known how to grow and today it shows the world proud of its achievements.
We really enjoyed discovering it and learning more about its emblematic places. We found it very interesting and we understood many things that may not be so clear if you do not know the country and, especially, its capital. From what we understand, without a doubt, that it is a city that has a lot to say and transmit to the world, so if you visit Northern Ireland, you cannot miss Belfast.

The Game of Thrones route in Northern Ireland
#gooutside #passionpassport
So much was my passion for the plot of the Lannisters or the Starks that on one occasion I decided to travel to Northern Ireland to look for those locations where some of the most impressive scenes of Game of Thrones were recorded. Although in this way, if I achieved something, it was to become more fond of this series and, of course, to this territory full of surprises.
The Game of Thrones route in Northern Ireland becomes a formidable excuse to enjoy a beautiful collage of ruined castles and abbeys, the vertigo of looking out over cliffs as sharp as Valyrian steel swords, the corridors of volcanic basalt made for let the giants walk, fairytale forests and, in short, some of the most photogenic landscapes in Europe following in the wake of one of the best television series of all time.

Visited Titanic Museum in Belfast, Ireland last month. It was a great experience because I got to see the history of Titanic and what's the way to do to experience it where it was originally built. The museum experience was surreal as you'll get to see some items from the ship itself.

The love b
The love between Jack and Rose, the classic pose of the two with open arms at the bow, and the melodious "My heart will go on"... is the impression most people have on the dream ship Titanic. Although it may be a bit unexpected, the world's most famous luxury ship was born in the Harland & Wolff shipyard in Belfast.
100th anniversary of the sinking accident In 2012, on the site of the construction and launch of the Titanic, an angular silver building was built. It looks like a ship's bow, and looks like a glacier from a distance. . This is the Titanic Museum, the most frequent attraction on Northern Ireland's postcards today.
Titanic has been recorded from design, construction, sea to shipwreck. Every time in the past and present, it is recorded here. In 9 interactive exhibition halls, it takes at least 3 hours to finish. Rather than visiting a museum, it is better to join a trip to the Titanic, and to face the footsteps of time, become a member of more than 15,000 shipbuilders in the clink of the hammer, enjoying the first place in singing and dancing. The welfare of the cabin passengers, in the rushing call for help, crossed the Titanic under the Atlantic Ocean in April 1912...

The Albert
The Albert Memorial Clock, the Gothic clock tower built in 1867, is one of Belfast's landmarks and is particularly eye-catching.
This Albert is not someone else. It is Queen Victoria's husband and cousin, Prince Albert. This is not a rare situation in the royal family. Queen Victoria seems to really love her husband who died young, and to give him a memorial tower everywhere, this clock tower is one of them.
Look carefully, the sculptures and patterns on the clock tower are very beautiful, and every time the whole point, there will be a very penetrating bell. Unfortunately, due to the problem of settlement of the foundation, the bell tower began to tilt after it was built, so it was laughed at by the locals as the leaning tower of Belfast.
Don't look up at the clock tower. In fact, the underground passage that is easily missed at the foot is also worth a special trip. The walls in the passage are full of graffiti, which is very suitable for taking pictures. Occasionally through a few locals, the picture looks particularly cinematic.
Dominic.

Old but Gold Architecture
Belfast’s architecture truly lives up to the phrase “old but gold.” The city beautifully preserves its rich heritage through stunning landmarks like the majestic City Hall, the Gothic Revival Queen’s University Lanyon Building, and the charming Grand Opera House. Walking through Belfast, you can admire a unique blend of Victorian and Edwardian styles that tell the story of its vibrant past, all while enjoying the timeless elegance and character these historic buildings bring to the cityscape.
