The reason is that you can walk to Daepohang in 1 minute~ In other words, it's a place full of food and drinks. Even if you bring a car, you can eat crab and have a drink here. The accommodation was well managed as expected from a 4-star world chain. The deluxe double room I stayed in had a panoramic view facing the East Sea~ The standard view, which is the basic room, also has a side ocean view. The harbor view facing Daepohang is also famous for being pretty~ Toothbrushes are provided and the rest of the amenities are shared. They say it's an environmental policy, so I have to follow it. There is a course where you can walk from the accommodation to the sea. It's so leisurely and makes you realize that you're in Sokcho. Here's a tip... #Ho-kangs I think Ramada is the most hotel-like hotel in Sokcho. It is because it has various facilities as a world chain and the location is also the best. The place I stayed was a panoramic ocean view! The ocean filling up right in front of my eyes was so impressive. One of Ramada's specials!!! Daepo Port is a 3-minute walk away, so you can taste fresh and cheap seafood. I personally recommend the fried shrimp alley~~(The fried shrimp is amazing) I'll talk about the hotel again. The rooms come with basic amenities. They say they reduced the number of items a bit for the sake of the natural environment~ It's understandable for our future~ If you go out to the terrace, you will see a full ocean view that is impressive. The interior of the room was generally clean and simple, resembling a business hotel style. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was pleasant, and both heating and hot water worked perfectly. The bathroom amenities and towels were sufficiently provided. Breakfast was served in a basic buffet style, offering a decent selection for its price. It included warm Korean dishes, simple desserts, and coffee, all enjoyed in a quiet atmosphere. The location was convenient, close to Daepo Port, Sokcho Beach, and Oeongchi Beach, making it great for walking or exploring nearby restaurants. One downside was the narrow parking entrance, which might be inconvenient for novice drivers. However, the front desk provided guidance on public parking and covered the costs, so it wasn’t a major issue. If you’re looking for a quiet ocean-view accommodation rather than a bustling resort, Ramada Sokcho could be a satisfying choice.
