Macau Reservoir Park: A Paradise on Earth
#MacauAttractions
This park located on the east coast of Coloane Island has retained the original appearance of many natural ponds in Macau in the past. It is full of greenery and has a quiet environment, like a piece of pure land like a paradise. Whenever I step into the park, my pace seems to slow down, and I just want to leisurely stroll on the tree-lined paths, smelling the fragrance that fills the garden.
What I like most are the towering old pines in the garden, some of which are hundreds of years old, witnessing the changes of countless years on this land. I love to sit in the shade of old trees and feel the full power of history. Occasionally, squirrels or birds would jump across the branches, adding to the lively atmosphere.
In the evening, the park is filled with the sound of gurgling streams, accompanied by the croaking of frogs and the chirping of birds, making you feel as if you are in a paradise. At this time, if you can have a drink in the pavilion, it will be a supreme enjoyment. It is this peaceful and tranquil rural scenery that has preserved a corner of paradise in the bustling city of Macau, allowing people to relax physically and mentally.
The Reservoir Park is not only a recreational resort, but also a pure land for the soul, a treasure land where harmony and nature are integrated into one, and a rare green paradise in the city. Whenever I come here, I can completely let go of my worries and immerse myself in the tranquil embrace of nature.
