Rio Hotel is a budget hotel in Macau with a level of hospitality that goes beyond normal range of boutique hotel. It offers indoor pool and a spa and wellness center. It's just around 10 minutes walk from the HongKong Macau ferry. I like the classical European style of the hotel, the hotel staffs are courteous and attentive. I didn't have a hard time checking in although there are lots of people. My room is spacious and tidy, the amenities are okay. the bed is comfortable specially the pillows, I really loved it. They also have bathrobes upon request. Another thing I like about this hotel is the pool. Over all I had a great experience here at Rio Hotel, the price is cheap but the service is really great.

Since it's still lockdown and cant go out or travel to other country due to pandemic situation, we try to explore different hotel within just the area. And i am amaze with this simple hotel, coz the rooms are big not unfortunately no good window view except top or side of other buildings around the area. But it's good there's an indoor pool on 23'rd floor, plus small gym beside it, plus the changing room is quiet big. Worth the price coz we try to spend the weekend here. Cleanliness meets our expectation and staff are approachable and friendly. One thing more, bus stop is just infront of the hotel so it is conveniet to go to and store are just nearby. #myhiddengems Rio hotel is a 4-start hotel located at Macau peninsula. I must say the hotel room is HUGE and I was surprised when entering the room. I had a non-smoking room with twin beds. The toom is huge enough to have a party with up to 10 people! We even got a big bathtub in the 3 parts separated shower room. Amenities including lotion are provided sufficiently. More appreciating is the 3 ways cable provided at the bedside table! Eliminate a lot trouble of travellers! Pre-check in is available before check in time. It’s very affordable compared to other Macao hotels. The only downside is there is no free shuttle to the hotel, but you can take the bus to Rio station at MOP 6 per trip. #chinatrip #macau

We also provides free shuttle bus to/from Border Gate. its a popular and most people choose hotel in city. hospitality and staff behaviour was awesome and service is perfect.

was Disappointed and Unsatisfied! I don’t think so that this Hotel Provides Quality Standard. we’re not expecting for “HIGH” Standard since this is not 5 Star Hotel, BUT atleast THE STAFF SHOULD BE RESPECTFUL AND POLITE “Specially” the staff in the Pool Area! very inconsiderate!! we booked DELUXE DOUBLE SUITE ROOM, but doesn’t even put Bathrobe? and when we tried to request, they tell us to call this no. bla bla bla and forwarded us 3 times to different departments. Since it is difficult for us Macau people to travel outside the City due of our current situation, we are wishing to enjoy our stays in Hotels where we decided to stay to expect Good Quality/Good Standard. So Far, this is the worst staycation we had and experienced. I don’t recommend at all!
