The main structure of this territory is a palm house with a terrace and flower beds, and opposite it is an educational center for park workers and school-age children. The Pagoda Alley (Pagoda Vista Zone) is considered a historical part of the Kew Gardens, the central link of which is the Pagoda. I had been to London so many times, but I had yet to visit the Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew, better known as the Kew Gardens. On my last trip I finally made it there. It is a little outside of the city centre. You can easily reach it by subway, though it might take up to an hour to get there. At 20 pounds a ticket, entrance fees are quite high, but the gardens are enlisted on the Unesco World Heritage list. The gardens are huge. You can explore the different areas, such as the woodlands for hours. Though my favourites are the glass greenhouses, especially the one with the giant lilly pads. #bucketlistreboot

Royal Botanic Gardens Kew is a recognized Unesco World Heritage site and is a part of the crown estate. It houses various species of plants and flowers some which are rare. There are a couple of glass houses in the park and each glass house contains different species of plants, statues, and some glass houses has a second floor where you can access and have a whole view of the glass house inside and outside. There is also a glasshouse dedicated for water lilies of different sizes. A couple of lakes can be found inside the garden. One of the most picturesque lakes inside is the one near the entrance and with a view of the Palm house on the side and the charming Botanical Brasserie restaurant on the other side. If you are going to look through, there are fishes of different kinds in it. There are benches beside the lake for you to sit and relax your feet from walking. There are also a couple of museums inside. My favorite one is the Marianne North Gallery that has a sepia aesthetic and walls covered with paintings and pictures from different regions of the world depicting everyday lives of people. Ticket cost £12 for adults and is open everyday from 10am-4pm.

Many rare and endangered plants are protected and bred here. Must-see: Palm House and Waterlily House. Especially in the cold British winter, these places are beautiful and warm. The Chinese Pagoda and Japanese Garden are also exquisite and beautiful. The Treetop Walkway is also worth a visit. In short, the botanical garden is my favorite place to visit in the UK. We went to Kew Gardens just out of curiosity as to what is there,other than being a vast garden. And to our surprise,the place has a lot to offer. It will not be named as a Unesco World Heritage Site for nothing. Other than their huge glass houses that contains all countless botanical collections,there are also cafes, art galleries,and other activities to do inside. One of my favorites in Kew is the Marian North Gallery. It has a floor to ceiling display of various paintings of plants,nature,and people’s day to day living from the Americas to the Far east countries. The gallery gives of a Sepia vibe which makes it more dramatic. There is also a lake with a bridge where you can just slowly promenade while looking at the goose and ducks nearby. Entrance is £20 for adults. There are a lot of sitting areas for resting,cafes for refreshment,and toilets strategically located inside Kew.

Kew gardens never disappoints. My favourite is for no ones surprise, the Temperate House, the largest Victorian glasshouse. Don't miss the Treetop walkway, that gives you a nice view and some nice photos, and also love the Hive. Keep in mind it closes fairly early and last entry is at 17:30.
