Came here - it was worth it. I decided to go on a self-guided tour without internet card and roaming (bitter smile 😵‍💫) It's a big aquarium. The entrance ticket office is on the 4th floor (I was confused at the time, why not on the 1st floor?) 😂😂 The tour guide led us forward and arrived at the local place at 12:30...... There was a dolphin show (20 minutes show) and turtle feeding at 13:00. Just because I was fascinated by the strong smell of food coming from the "Ocean Blue" restaurant, I gave up watching the show. Pick a good spot and watch the king of the water, the "Whale Shark", walking like a king, surrounded by a troop of minions and soldiers, and enjoying the pleasure of being high above and being paraded through the streets. But the whale shark is not obedient and is rather naughty. It turns a corner or brakes suddenly from time to time, causing the little stupid fish to follow the wrong direction and it takes a long time for them to turn back and catch up with the group. #2023TravelWish This is the Churaumi aquarium located in Motobu town, Okinawa. Travelling by car would be an easier choice but there are are also buses that you can take from the airport. I don’t know why but it just feels very therapeutic just to sit there and look at the large Kuroshio sea aquarium, looking at them swimming around. Also do catch their feeding time too! It’s interesting to watch. There is also beluga whale and dolphin show~ They are just too cute! There is also a small park and a sea view to enjoy~ I wish that I could visit more aquariums in the future

My friend and I went to Okinawa. It was an amazing trip! the best part is Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. There are different kind of species. I also recommend for family trip. The Aquarium is well-organized and clean. The city is also very nice. It is somehow different from other cities in Japan, in term of the styles and building. However, Amazing authentic Japanese food are still around the corner! We went there only 3 days but I think we got all the places in our list. We rent a car and drove around the city which is very convenient. We booked a hotel very close to Aquarium As mentioned above, this place is amazing!#gooutside #staycation #passionpassport
