This is a very popular croffle shop located at Sinsa Station 🥐✨ When I visited, the shop was extremely crowded, so I opted for takeout 🥡 Takeout is much smoother and quicker! I keep coming back to the delicious croffle cafe Saddlerhaus in Garosugil. They used to open at 12pm, but I'm so happy they changed it to 10am🥹 (Korean cafes open late😂🙏) It was a weekday and snowing, but we had to wait for about 6 groups to eat in. The interior is very stylish, and since it is located underground, it has a very calm atmosphere away from the crowds. The best thing about this shop is the croffles, of course. The chocolate is sweet and moist, and the caramel is crunchy, and goes well with coffee. You will have to wait during coffee time from 12:00 to 15:00, but it is worth the wait!
