There are two farms in Jeju Island where you can see alpacas up close. This time we chose the "Shaun the Sheep Alpaca Ranch" which is closer to our accommodation. It just so happens that Chenxingyue is also nearby, so after playing at the ranch, you can also go climb a small hill on the way, which makes the itinerary just perfect. This ranch is themed after the popular British animated character "Shaun the Sheep". Once you step into the park, it's like walking into an animated scene: the signature green grass, farmhouses, and Shaun the Sheep installations everywhere. You can buy feed at the counter before entering the park. When walking in the park, you will have the opportunity to interact with alpacas, sheep, and even foxes at any time. The process of feeding them is really super healing! A great place to travel with kids When I worked at a daycare center, I often visited Saebyeol Friends as a field trip site. The admission fee is not cheap, but I thought it was not bad because you can meet many animals. Famous tourist destinations like Seongsan, Osulloc, and Hyeopjae are nice, but if you go a little further into Jeju, a simple but unforgettable experience awaits you. ⸻ 🐑 Horses, donkeys, sheep, and me SaebyeolFriends is a place where a small number of animals and a simple ranch come together. There are no fancy photo zones or crowded crowds, but that was even better. From the entrance, small and cute sheep come up to you first and say hello. They welcome human touch so much I just extended my hand, but it felt like we were already friends. If you go a little further inside, the donkeys, ponies, and goats all have names, and they are like family. Carrying a basket of food, I slowly walk through the meadow, and I feel like I've been invited into their world. ⸻ 🌾 Jeju in its natural state, under Saebyeol Oreum The background of Saebyeol Friends is Saebyeol Oreum. The green meadow, blue sky, and the scenery of horses sauntering just purifies my heart. Under the open sky, making eye contact with animals, and only hearing the sound of grazing, this tranquility. It was a moment when the busyness of the city was washed away. ⸻ 📸 A fun emotional ranch for both children and adults What was surprising was that the adults' expressions were as bright as the children's. Before I knew it, they were all talking to the animals, and sitting quietly for a long time, making eye contact. Since there was no artificial staging, the photos came out very naturally. A photo of walking with a horse, sitting in the grass... Each and every snapshot is captured like a pictorial.

On the way to Seong-eui Sidol Ranch (second visit) The weather was great, so the photos turned out well. The ice cream here is famous, but when I had it before, it was a bit too rich for me. This time, I had a vanilla latte ice cream? That sea is Doguri-al... I went because they said dolphins appear, but I didn't see any. The last cutie is from Saebyeol Friends. It was bigger than I thought and there were many cute animals, so it's definitely worth a visit.
