I heard there was originally an entrance fee, but on the day I visited, there was no entrance fee and I was able to go in and look around the inside of the cathedral. I could see the pipe organ in the back, and the inside of the cathedral seemed to be dark and old-fashioned overall, so I recommend stopping by if you visit Zadar. #croatiatravel

Today, the city's well-preserved cultural heritage, including elegant squares, ancient monasteries, and towering bell towers, silently narrates tales of bygone eras. I realized that exploring Zadar firsthand is far more enriching than reading any history book about Croatia. The city is a treasure trove of architectural marvels. The largest Roman forum on the eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea bears witness to past prosperity. There's nothing more delightful than spending a summer afternoon by the sea. The azure Adriatic Sea gently embraces the ancient city, its surface as calm as a mirror, its waters crystal clear. The seaside embankment, free from the hustle and bustle of large crowds, offers a tranquil haven for locals and visitors alike. Basking in the sun, with a gentle breeze caressing my face, I was completely captivated by Zadar's enchanting scenery, reluctant to leave.
