A salt mine on a mountain, it was truly amazing. The white pools and sparkling salt crystals looked like a natural work of art. It was the perfect place for taking photos, I couldn't stop clicking my camera... Being able to walk directly into the salt flats was a huge advantage, it felt like experiencing the life of the salt flats firsthand. At the top, water flows, and when I tasted it, it was really salty... It's best to avoid leather or precious shoes as the salt can stick to them. The view of the salt flats from the middle of the mountain and the distant landscape is a scene I'll remember for a lifetime. If you love travel and photography, this is a spot you absolutely must not miss!

Each and every one of the endless pools looked like a work of art from nature, and the salt crystals reflecting the sunlight made me want to take pictures. The salt farm scenery that got closer and closer as I went down was literally overwhelming... Don't just go to Machu Picchu, but definitely pass through here.. The road there is so beautiful.
