We hadn’t planned to visit Saxon Gardens, but as we walked past on our way to Warsaw Old Town, we were irresistibly drawn in by the fantastic autumn colors. As one of the oldest public parks in Warsaw, Saxon Gardens has long been known for its peaceful ambiance and beautifully landscaped paths, but in golden autumn, it transforms into something truly magical. The trees, dressed in rich shades of gold, orange, and yellow, seemed to glow in the warm afternoon light. Leaves drifted gently to the ground, forming a golden carpet underfoot. Autumn in Warsaw is a special time when the city’s parks, like Saxon Gardens, offer a stunning retreat from the urban pace, and we couldn’t resist taking an unexpected, tranquil detour through this colorful autumn oasis.
