🔻Tips
Edinburgh is really cold in summer! Especially when there is a strong wind and no sun, you will shiver even if you wear a coat. There are people wearing short sleeves and down jackets on the road. It is recommended to bring windproof and warm clothes!
There is an art festival in Edinburgh in August, so there are super super super many tourists, and accommodation is more expensive than usual. The travel experience should not be as good as usual. If you have no interest in the art festival, it is recommended to avoid August.
